Clone Migration

Clone Migration

Clone migration option becomes available after migration starts or when it is finished (with or without errors). It is available as an option under the Actions menu.

You will need to enter the name for the new migration job and click on Clone.

New job with your custom name will appear on the dashboard list with "Wizard In Progress" status. Select that job and click on Resume wizard on the top to continue with the configuration.

New job will remember the migration type of the original one (is it mailbox or public folder migration) and the credentials as well.
Settings which are not cloned are mailbox mappings and migration scheduling.

Note: Source and destination platforms can be changed, but in that case credentials will need to be entered again.

If Public folders migration is being cloned, it will show the list of available first level Public folders and the migration configuration can be finished as it is described in this guide.
Public folders which have been migrated (with or without errors) or whose migration is in progress in the source migration will be marked with light gray color.

If Mailbox migration is being cloned, it will show the option if you would like to retrieve list of mailboxes on source server via Autodiscovery or CSV Upload.
After that is selected and list of available mailboxes is retrieved, migration configuration can be finished as it is described in this guide.

After available mailboxes are shown, mailboxes which have been migrated (with or without errors) or whose migration is in progress in the source migration will be marked with light gray color
